How To Use

Directions for Use:

Full Strip Preparation:
Strip the floor with floor with Ecolab's Heavy Duty Low Odor Finish Remover at recommended use dilution. Rinse well and let dry.

Scrub and Recoat Preparation:
Deep scrub with an Ecolab neutral or all-purpose cleaner using a blue pad. Rinse well and let dry.

Sealing the Floor:
A sealer is not required with Low Maintenance Floor Finish on most resilient floors. If a sealer is desired due to floor porosity (e.g. terrazzo) or for protection against staining spills, apply one to two coats of an Ecolab brand sealer.

Application:
Low Maintenance Floor Finish may be applied in either medium-to-heavy or thin coats, depending on the application technique. Medium to heavy coverage: 2000-2500-sq. ft./gal. (48 to 60 m2/L). Thin coverage: 3500 sq. ft./gal. (86 m2/L).

Maintenance:
Dust mop. Auto-scrub or damp mop with an Ecolab brand neutral cleaner. Prepare floors with Ecolab brand cleaners/maintainers prior to burnishing. If needed, burnish 1-3 days/ week with combination synthetic/natural blend pad.

Restorer:
To renew and enhance gloss, dilute Low Maintenance Floor Finish at 64 US fl oz per gallon (1:2) or 25 US fl oz per gallon (1:5) and use as a mop-on restorer. Apply with a microfiber pad or finish mop and burnish with combination synthetic/natural blend pad.

Disposal:
Dispose of excess floor finish in drain with plenty of cold water, or by any other method in accordance with local, state and federal laws. Never dump product outside.

Additional Notes:

  • For use as a restorer, dilute at 1:2 or 1:5 and apply with a microfiber pad or string mop. Follow up with burnishing.
  • Must be removed with Heavy Duty Low Odor Finish Remover
