Manual Pot and Pan Detergent

Dilution Rates:

• Light Soil - .75 OZ per 20 Gallons
• Medium Soil - 1.33 OZ per 20 Gallons
• Heavy Soil - 2 OZ per 20 Gallons

Directions for Use:

• Sink 1: Press dispenser button, then fill sink with hot ( 110-120°F) water. Scrape and discard food soil from pots, pans and utensils. Place items in sink and let stand for a few minutes to loosen soil. Wash using a stiff bristled nylon brush 01' scrub pad. Remove items and let excess detergent solution drain back into sink.
• Sink 2: Immerse pots and pans in warm clean water. Remove and let excess water run back into sink.
• Sink 3: Fill sink with warm (75-100°F) water. Add sanitizer, following directions on the label. Rinse pots and utensils, remove, drain, and air dry. Do not wipe. Follow local Health Department regulations for rinsing.

• Titration can be tested with Anionic Test Kit 430 (57048)
