How To Use
  • Always use COLD water for dilution.
  • Heavy buildup - 21 US fl oz (621 mL) per gallon of cold water (1:6).
  • Normal buildup - 14 US fl oz (414 mL) per gallon of cold water (1:9).

Note: For removing only the top layers prior to recoating, use 2 US fl oz (59 mL) per gallon of cold water (1:64).

Directions for Use:

Full Strip Out:

  1. Dilute product in cold water. Apply liberally with mop and allow solution to dwell for 10 minutes (allow 15 minutes for heavy build-up). Do not allow solution to dry. Scrubbing will aid in the removal of heavy buildup.
  2. Pick up solution with wet vac, autoscrubber, or mop. Always follow the manufacturer's directions for proper equipment use.
  3. Rinse the floor thoroughly with clean, cool water and a clean mop or autoscrubber. Allow floor to dry before applying floor finish.

Removal of Top Layers Prior to Recoating:

Deep scrub with diluted Heavy Duty Low Odor Finish remover and cold water, using a blue pad. Recommend use of hand pump to accurately dilute solution. Rinse well and let dry.

Disposal:

Dispose of excess stripper (concentrated or diluted) in drain with plenty of cold water, or by any other method in accordance with local, state and federal laws. Never dump product outside.

Container Disposal:

Triple rinse, then offer container for recycling, or if not available, comply with other disposal regulations.

Additional Notes:

  • Before use on asphalt or rubber tile, test use-dilution in a hidden area to ensure bleaching, bleeding, or softening will not occur. DO NOT use on linoleum or wood floors.
  • For removal of top layers, use hand pump to accurately dilute at 1:64 (2 oz/gal) into mop bucket with cold water
