How To Use

Directions for Use:

Set-up

  1. Place a bag of product into the pack with the bag spout at the bottom of the pack and facing out.
  2. Lock the spout into position.
  3. Close the cover and secure the locking strap.
  4. Attach the delivery tube by rotating the tube connector onto the spout and hand tighten.
  5. Put on the pack and adjust the straps.

Application Method

  1. Plan your route to maintain a wet leading edge. Work in sections.
  2. Depress the lever on the applicator handle to dispense product as needed. Coats are most commonly applied at 1750 ft2/U.S. gallon (42 m2/L).
  3. Work the applicator pad through a small puddle of product to pre-load the pad.
  4. Outline the first section and fill in using an overlapping figure-8 pattern; overlap the outline.
  5. Start slowly and build speed over time to avoid ridges, splashing and missed areas.
  6. The average dry time to walk will be 15-40 minutes; allow approximately 40 minutes between coats.
  7. Remove using any Ecolab brand floor finish stripper/remover.
  8. Rinse well and let dry.

Clean-up

  1. Remove the tube connector from the spout.
  2. Attach the tethered adapter.
  3. To flush the tube, activate the handle lever and hold the connector under cold running water.
  4. Rinse the exterior of the bag spout.
  5. Immerse and rinse the applicator pad in cold water (do not allow finish to dry on the pad). Wring and hang the pad to dry.

Additional Notes:

For use as a restorer, dilute at 1:2 or 1:5 and apply with a microfiber pad or string mop. Follow up with burnishing.
